BMZ

As a competence center of the TechnologieZentrumDortmund for the sectors biotechnology, biomedicine and bio-IT the BioMedizinZentrumDortmund represents an ideal place of activities for young companies who want to act successfully in these innovative fields. Here the synergies within the center just as well as those in the closer neighbourhood in the TechnologieParkDortmund are used intensively.

As one part of this project, the BMZ will gain new contacts to other SME in and around the center and the Science and Technology Park Dortmund. Furthermore, the BMZ/TZDO staff will look for rising new projects coming out of DDHD results and will support financing and management issues.


Additionally BMZ will create a new project "DDHD Lab". For more than one year the BMZ/TZDO management works on the project "DDHD Lab" which will serve a new building with adequate Laboratory facilities to become a new incubator center for the running and new projects generated by DDHD partners.
